My electronic signature below, confirms I want the prison term sentencing laws for criminals reviewed and changed ASAP. Many of the past, present and current sentencing laws to incarcerate and rehabilitate offenders have failed while crime and violence continue to escalate annually.

No one can justify the expense after reviewing the facts of this failing method of incarceration and rehabilation.

The incarceration and isolation Rule: should be considered immediatley to reduce crime and recidivism. It is a humane method that will deter future crime and provide safety for the inmate. More important, the professionals may better identify serious deviant or anti social behavior by this method and without the influence of other offenders. The offender will have a better opportunity to be assessed and treated for any emotional, psychological or physicological issue all while be safe from other inmates.

The sentence should apply to all first time felons. The duration of the sentence should be determined by the offense. While in custody

If a second felony is committed by any individual it should be the discretion of the judge/jury to continue this type confinement for an undetermined period.
