More Than 100 Times?
This is not unusual
He is a
violent, repeat offender who has been arrested 108 times over the last eight
years on a variety of charges, including homicide. His latest offense was
selling cocaine in front of a day care? His arrest warrant presented in court
stated no bond clearly on the document! Amazing the judge who signed the
warrant modified it.
This offender was released from jail?
An Orange County Sheriff said "Does he have to go
kill somebody else to finally put him behind bars? ....... Tell us what he has to do,";
