The recommendation of MySafeKids is for the judges to sentence every criminal convicted of a felony to an immediate 23 and a half hour day cell confinement. The actual duration will need to be determined by a panel of experts and a jury. The result of this action will offer a better evaluation of an offender, less recidivism due to creating an environment and a reason not to commit additional crimes, a sense of justice for the victim, less crime in the community, and eventually will result in major savings to tax dollar base.  

Prisons today provide absolutely no deterrent factor to not commit another crime. None! Many would be shocked if you knew of all the priviledges and rights of inmates. The history of the penal system in this country is dismal a total failure. Therefore, we must all accept responsibility and realize the facts; We do have individuals who have no respect for anyone or our society and they do hurt, rob, rape and murder even children. Not convinced?
